Process or procedure

Process or a procedure of steps or actions are what I find interesting.
I come from an art and design background and I have always found process to be a fascinating thing, a thing that drives my carving and in spoons it's the series of processes that I love. The cuts with the axe to obtain a blank down to the series of knife cuts in order to obtain a final spoon, finished, born from a series of processes.

Process a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.

In a lot of the things that I have done from graphic design to photography and typography and printing. Process has always been the core of the work, each step of process takes you further to completion, each step brings excitement and you can see the product or design develop. It's this excitement that I find drives me in my work and my carving.

From log, to blank with the axe, to a finished spoon, a series of steps. Process
a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.
